From Learners to Leaders

We understand that the primary years of a child's education are critical in laying the foundation for future academic success. That's why we offer a PK-8 program that provides continuity throughout these important primary years. Our program is designed to challenge and inspire students at every stage of their development, promoting academic excellence, personal growth, and social responsibility.

One of the unique benefits of our PK-8 program is that it allows eighth graders to enjoy leadership positions prior to starting high school. Our eighth-grade students are given opportunities to take on leadership roles and responsibilities within the school community, helping them to develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed as confident, responsible, and effective leaders.

Where Technology Meets Tradition

 At St. Mary's School, we believe in the power of technology to enhance every student's experience. Every classroom is equipped with a Novotouch for interactive learning and collaboration. The school has two STEM labs, each equipped with laptops, 3-D printers, iPads, Novotouch, VR goggles, and various building materials. Robots are also available so students can explore robotic technology.

Our iPad program provides each student with a learning tool that empowers them to explore, create, and innovate. Students are engaged in a variety of learning activities that incorporate technology in a meaningful and purposeful way, all while developing essential skills needed in the digital age. Students in grades 5-8 are each assigned an iPad through our 1:1 iPad program which gives students access to a personalized learning tool that empowers them through integrated technology and enhanced learning. Pre-Kindergarten through 4th grade have classroom sets of iPads, providing each student with access to this technology. Students love using iPads in class, and teachers have found that students are much more engaged in their learning when they are using technology.

Google Drive is also used by students to store all of their files for school and provides access to their files at any time by logging into their Google Drive account on any internet device. 

Meet Miss louise

We're excited to introduce you to Miss Louise, our new comfort dog! Louise is a lovable Golden Retriever puppy who joined the St. Mary’s community in August 2023. She comes to school every day, spreading cheer and happiness wherever she goes. Whether it’s simply to lift someone’s
spirits during a stressful day, offer a judgment-free set of (large) ears to young Saints learning to read, or elevate the fun during recess, Louise proudly succeeds in her many roles time and time again. We are so thankful to the Parents’ Association for gifting us with this joyful addition to campus life, and we look forward to many years of countless positive experiences with our furry friend!
