ADMISSION PROCESS TIMELINe
Step 1

Applications may be submitted at any point in time, though we recommend applying no later than the November prior to the intended year of enrollment. We continue to accept applications based on availability. Please complete the online application to begin the process.Step 2

Application assessment screenings take place in January and February.
2025-2026 Assessment Schedule
- Pre-Kindergarten: January 2025
- Kindergarten: February 1 - 15, 2025
- 1st - 8th Grade: January and February 2025

Make your decision
Upon receiving your acceptance, parents have approximately two weeks to enroll or decline the St. Mary's offer of admission. A non-refundable tuition deposit is required to complete the enrollment process and is applied to the student’s tuition and fees for the upcoming school year.

Schedule a visit to explore St. Mary's School, located on 8.5 acres in sunny Tampa. Our campus facilities include classrooms, laboratories, art and music studios, a performing arts facility, a library, a gymnasium, playgrounds, athletic fields, St. Mary's Church, and much more.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year. The Admissions Committee evaluates applicants based on their application, school record, teacher recommendation, interviews, observations, and admissions assessments.
